Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Zoyaz Shop, we offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method across all UAE Emirates.

How COD Works

• Place your order online — no advance payment required
• Our team will confirm your order via call or WhatsApp
• Pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives

Important COD Rules

• Please be available at the delivery address on the expected delivery date
• Have the exact amount ready to avoid inconvenience
• Do not refuse delivery without a valid reason — repeated refusals may result in your account being blocked from COD orders

Order Confirmation

All COD orders require phone confirmation before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Fake/Prank Orders

Placing fake or prank orders is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
