Shipping Policy — Zoyaz Shop (UAE)

We deliver across all UAE Emirates with fast and reliable service.

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

Coverage: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders — no advance payment required.

Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery once. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled.

Order Cancellation: All COD orders require phone confirmation before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
