By using Zoyaz Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order
• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham)
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud, abuse, or stock unavailability

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders must be paid in full to the delivery agent upon receipt
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions on your account

Products

• Product images are for illustration purposes — slight variations in color or packaging may occur
• We strive for accurate descriptions but reserve the right to correct errors at any time

Liability

• Zoyaz Shop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors
• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Changes to Terms

Zoyaz Shop reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
