Returns

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order
• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit

COD Orders

• If you refuse delivery without a valid reason more than twice, future orders may be declined
• Partial refunds may apply for opened or used products
